As head coach of Oasis Weightlifting Club, he has nurtured national-level weightlifters across all age groups, blending expertise in rehabilitation with elite coaching to achieve peak performance.

Tamzin Hare is an Exercise Scientist and nutritionist known for her expertise in sports performance. She has competed at the state level in weightlifting, blending her practical experience with academic knowledge to optimize athletic training and nutrition strategies for peak performance.

Jacob believes everyone can benefit from movement and exercise, no matter their starting point. He’s here to help you overcome challenges, improve your health, and live a fuller, more active life. Since 2017, Jacob has worked with a range of clients to improve their strength, fitness, and overall health. He has an interest in neurological rehab and helping restore function and independence. Jacob is passionate about heart health and using exercise to prevent and manage cardiovascular conditions.
